Even having a good hair care routine would help your hairs to be strong, thick and bright. This way you can try out many of the hairstyles.
This routine is 100% easy to be implemented and healthy. You can do this in your daily habits and could be carried by both boys and girls.
So now let us really go inside this topic and discuss it.

Face Care
What will be your confidence while talking to people? OR How do you feel when someone talks about your face?
If you really had face this situation, then you can surely relate what I mean here.
Even I was the person who was went through all this situation. I don't take care of my skin and over a peroid of time I had to face several face related issues such as pimples, acnes and oily skin.
Think of that zeal and confidence you have when you have that bright, glowing and clear skin. You have a another level confidence during that time.
Now let me share you with some tips which you should follow to attain or maintain a clear skin:
(i). As you know the amount of dust and pollution in the environment which sticks to your face making it dirty. So to clean this out you should wash you face gently with face wash twice.
(ii). While washing you face, be polite and gentle to your skin and use your hands in circular motion slowly. First face wash when you wake up and the second one when before you go to bed for sleeping.
(iii). If you are doing a heavy task or activity, where you sweated a lot such as workout or playing any sports, then also you should do face wash. That means you can do face wash thrice but occasionally.
(iv). Use chemical free face wash, face creams, lotions or moisturizes or any other beauty product. Try to use 100% natural products.
(v). Use a natural sunscreen whenever going out. This will protect your face from ultraviolet sun rays as well as from tanning.
(vi). Avoid too sweet foods containing sugars as they can be the major cause which will lead to acne. Also use a natural face mask once a week.
Hair Care
Another important component for a student is their hairs which is a major problem for many students currently.Many youths now days have to face issues such as extreme hair fall, dry and rough hairs or dandruff.
See hairs too have a important factor in determining your confidence and early falling of hairs makes us feel quite disappointed.
Let's directly come to the point for the habits you should follow for the proper care of your hairs:
(i). Not using shampoo is a very big mistake. The same way to much using of shampoo is also not ideal. You should use shampoo 2-3 times a week.
(ii). Not using conditioner after using shampoo is also a big mistake. See the role of shampoo is to remove dirt from your hairs. So it removes everything from your hairs including the natural oil. Conditioner plays the role of adding this oil again.
(iii). Avoid using too much hair products or chemical products. Use natural or safe shampoos and conditioners with proper massage.
(iv). Not massaging your hairs with oil is also a big mistake. Simply you need to give a 2-3 minutes hair massage to your hairs with hot oil such as olive, almond or mustard.
(v). Avoid using oil everyday as it will block your hair roots resulting in clogging. Massaging 3-4 times a week is enough. Also use oil 1-2 hour before going to bath and then use shampoo and conditioners to keep your hairs clean.
(vi). Don't use blow drier everyday as it generates heat which is very harmful for your hairs. Use the cold drying feature in your blow drier as it a safer option to be used everyday.
Skin Care
Not only your face or hairs, but skin is also a important component of your body which needs proper care.Having a dry and rough skin can cause rashes, redness and even pain.
But here is a good thing that taking care of your skin is too easy than all these things we have discussed till now.
Let's discuss these habits:
(i). Many people don't apply anything on their skin after bath which makes their skin dry and rough. Apply a natural moisturize and massage it properly on your hands and legs.
(ii). Not washing or your skin or not bathing properly could also make your skin dark and dirty. Rinse it with soap. Also using soaps daily isn't a good habit. Soaps 3-4 times a week is ideal.
(ii). Also apply oil to your skin before going to bath. Massage it properly and give some time to your skin. Oil attracts all the dirt on the top of your skin and after taking a bath, it all gets remove. Do this 2-3 times a week.
(iii). Taking sunlight for vitamin D is good but too much sunlight or strong rays in the afternoon should be avoided as it can cause burns in your body. Wear full sleeves or use sun moisturizer.
(iv). Follow a proper and healthy diet to get a glowing and bright skin.
Eye Care
This is something which many of the students ignore during their childhood and had to face this issue.Here I'm talking about taking care of your eyes. Using screens over a long period of time can weaken your eye vision and as a result you need to use spectacles.
Though using spectacles in childhood makes you feel cool but when you grow up, it would make you feel embarrassed and regrettable.
Let's discuss the measures you should follow to prevent your eyes:
(i). Don't use too much screen that is avoid too much or continuous use of social media or anything useless.
(ii). If you are working on important work or your work in mainly based on screens, then try to take short breaks in between. You can take a break of a minute for every 20 minutes.
(iii). Don't keep your eyes focused and blink regularly to prevent your eyes from being dry. Sometimes watching screen causes tears to come from your eyes. Take it as a sign to take break.
(iv). Avoid screens in dark and also avoid too less or too much brightness. Try to keep your screen time below 4 hours and cut off all the unnecessary things on screens.
If you are having a spectacles, then try out eye exercises which are mentioned in various YouTube videos. Follow a healthy diet rich in vitamin C to heal your eyes again.
